さて、年が明けもう2月になりましたね。あっという間で驚いています。
11月の頭頃、自分用にジャケットとパンツを仕立てようと思い、お悩みブログを書いておりました。
その際悩んだ、ジャケットとスラックスが仕上がりましたので、今回は個人的紹介ブログです(笑)
”なんにでも合わせやすくて、使いやすいものを”をコンセプトに(お手頃にという部分も含めまして)、選んだのは 国産WOOL100％のネイビー生地SERGEと、シンプルなグレー無地。
艶のある上品な生地も魅力的ですが、ハリのある生地の方が個人的には好みなのでこちらで仕立てました。
仕立てはベーシックに、裏地や形など前回作成したスーツに合わせつつ、ジャケットや単品パンツ向けにデザインは決めました！個人的にゴールドよりシルバーのほうが好みなので、ジャケットの釦はシルバーで。
王道のカラー合わせですが、それぞれが使いやすい色なのでこれからも多彩に活躍してくれる予感．．．！
この間のフェアでもシャツを仕立てたので早く合わせて着てみたいなと、楽しみが尽きません！！

The Next Piece Is Ready!

Thank you as always for reading our store blog.
The year has already flown by, and it’s hard to believe that February is just around the corner. Time really does pass quickly.
Back in early November, I wrote a blog post about making a jacket and a pair of trousers for myself.
Now, I’m happy to share that both the jacket and slacks are finally finished—so this time, it’s a bit of a personal introduction blog (laughs).
With the concept of “easy to coordinate and practical for everyday use”—and keeping budget in mind—I chose a navy serge fabric made from 100% Japanese wool, along with a simple solid gray fabric.
While elegant, glossy fabrics are certainly appealing, I personally prefer fabrics with a bit more firmness and structure, which is why I selected these materials.
The tailoring itself is kept classic. I matched the lining and overall silhouette to a suit I previously made, while adjusting the design to suit a jacket and standalone trousers.
Since I personally prefer silver over gold, I chose silver buttons for the jacket.
Although this is a classic color combination, both pieces are extremely versatile, and I can already imagine them being useful in many different situations going forward.
I also had shirts made during our recent fair, so I’m really looking forward to wearing everything together soon. The excitement never ends!
