今回はワークパンツにテーラードの要素をインスパイア、美しいシルエットに仕上げた【ドレスベイカーパンツ】をご紹介します。
もともとはパン職人（ＢＡＫＥＲＹで働く人）が作業用として履いていた事が語源。（※所説あり）
ゆったりとしたシルエットとフロントの大きいパッチポケット（L字ポケット）が特徴的なパンツです。
ヒップにもフラップ付きのパッチポケットを採用し、ワークの要素を強く残してあります
ポケットのステッチングもワーク感をもたらすアクセントの一つです。
麻布テーラーのベイカーパンツはあくまでもドレスを意識した仕立て上がりになります。
野暮ったくならず程よいミリタリー要素ミックスさせたバランスのとれた一本です。
デザインも写真の通りノープリーツスタイルのみとなります。

Today we introduce our Dress Baker Pants — work pants inspired by traditional tailoring, refined into a beautifully clean silhouette.
Originally, “Baker Pants” came from pants worn by bakery workers as functional workwear.
(There are various theories.)
Characteristic details include a relaxed silhouette and the large L-shaped patch pockets on the front.
We also use flap patch pockets on the back to retain a strong workwear identity.
The pocket stitching adds an additional subtle workwear accent.
However — Azabu Tailor’s Baker Pants are finished with a dress perspective.
A balanced military mix, without any rough or bulky impression.
As shown in the photos, the style is offered in a no-pleat design only.
Fabric options are also wide: cotton of course, plus a limited selection of moleskin as well.
